and who is meredith?

Meredith is a nature-loving tomboy, empath, traveler, dog mom and lifelong seeker. A former college athlete and enneagram 2, she embraces every challenge with curiosity and heart.
Raised Catholic, she struggled with guilt, unanswered questions, and life’s hardships before discovering energy work, meditation, breath work, and Reiki. These practices became her path to healing, and she believes everyone deserves access to tools that nurture their inner energy.
Meredith has been a Reiki practitioner since 2022, and offers intuitive guidance and Reiki healing for both people and animals, helping others find balance and restoration in the way they need most.
